Rates 2027: (for max 2 pax):
Mai & June 2027: 100,00 euro per night
July 2027: 120,00 euro per night
1-18 August 2027: 140,00 euro per night
18-31 August 2027: 120,00 euro per night
September & October 2026: 100,00 euro per night
10% reduction for minimum 3 weeks stay (minimum 20 nights)
Extra reduction can be agreed for longer periods

Extra linen: 15 euro per person
Extra cost for cleaning: 70 euro
Tourist tax: During the summer period it is 2,00 € per person per day, from 10 years old. The tourist tax has to be paid on spot.
Water: The house comes with one water tank of about 7000 L. Since Sicily is always suffering from drought, we recommend to try and save water and 7000 L is normally enough for one week or more. Anyway, in case you need more water, we can provide an extra load (7000 L) at a cost of 40 euro.
Minimum stay: It is never possible to rent for less than 5 nights.
